Food Preservation Lending Library

The Bernalillo County Extension Food Preservation Lending Library is now open. The equipment available to borrow includes a dehydrator, a food processor, a pressure canner, a boiling water bath canner, and fermentation equipment. Extension Get Fit - In Person

Ask A Master Food Preserver - Online via Zoom

Held the second Monday of the month, volunteers specializing in freezing, dehydrating, canning, and food safety will be available to answer your questions and share their tips so you can safely and successfully preserve food at home.
