The Bernalillo County Extension Food Preservation Lending Library is now open. The equipment available to borrow includes a dehydrator, a food processor, a pressure canner, a boiling water bath canner, and fermentation equipment. Book club will focus on money management and self-improvement and will cover 4 books. Four series to choose from and respective schedules below.
The 8-hour course (including a lunch break) reviews the ServSafe Manager Book, 7th Edition Revised, and outlines the important concepts on the ServSafe test. A break will be given for lunch and attendees will have 2 hours to complete the exam.
