Food Preservation Lending Library

The Bernalillo County Extension Food Preservation Lending Library is now open. The equipment available to borrow includes a dehydrator, a food processor, a pressure canner, a boiling water bath canner, and fermentation equipment. New Mexico Youth Food Preservation Workshop - Online via Zoom

Calling all junior food scientists for an introduction to the exciting world of food preservation! Participants will learn how to how to safely dehydrate, freeze, water bath can and start the fermentation process.
