Food Preservation Lending Library
The Bernalillo County Extension Food Preservation Lending Library is now open. The equipment available to borrow includes a dehydrator, a food processor, a pressure canner, a boiling water bath canner, and fermentation equipment. Thriving for Life: Healthy Habits for Seniors - In Person
Thriving for Life is designed to assist you in crafting and integrating healthy habits into your unique lifestyles facilitating wellness, weight management, and maintaining a healthy BMI, which often prevents common chronic diseases. The program encourages development of resiliency and strength mentally, physically, and emotionally through education and the practical tools taught.
